Most of you have heard of the world-famous Bayeux Tapestry. It is one of the oldest and most impressive embroidered fabrics in history, telling stories from centuries ago. Today, however, we want to tell you about a new piece of art that is very similar to that historic work, but much more fun, woolly, and full of sheep: The 'Baa-Ewe' Tapestry! The Baa-Ewe Tapestry is a masterpiece embroidered on a giant piece of fabric that is seven meters long. This artwork features the famous cartoon hero Shaun the Sheep and his friends from Mossy Bottom Farm. It was prepared using traditional embroidery techniques to tell the story of Shaun the Sheep's latest adventures.

It's hard to even imagine such a giant work, right? While making the 'Baa-Ewe' Tapestry, 5 kilometers of wool yarn were used. Artists worked for about 180 hours with hand labor to bring this piece to life. Just think; stitching endlessly for 180 hours requires great patience and creativity. These types of traditional arts are one of the oldest methods people used in history to pass stories and events down to future generations.

### Olympic Champion and Passion for Knitting
This special project included Tom Daley, a wonderful athlete who won gold medals at the Olympics and who also loves to knit. Tom is known not only for his athletic identity but also for his interest in handicrafts. With photos taken of him knitting in the stands between competitions, he showed the whole world how fun and relaxing knitting can be. Tom Daley designed a special sweater for Shaun the Sheep.
