The Artemis II mission is ending after 10 days in space. The astronauts saw amazing things like the far side of the Moon and the northern lights. Now, they need to come home. The Orion spacecraft will re-enter Earth's atmosphere, traveling very fast and getting hot. But special heat panels will protect the crew. The spacecraft will use 11 parachutes to slow down and splash into the Pacific Ocean. A recovery team will collect the crew and spacecraft. The astronauts took amazing pictures of the Moon, the Milky Way, and the Earth. They broke records and did tests to help plan the Moon landing in 2028.
